HyperCrunch is your I.T. strategy and innovation partner. We are creative thinkers with a passion for technology and an unrelenting focus on excellence. Our services are designed with one goal — your success.
Although HyperCrunch is firmly rooted as a technology company, we take a decidedly creative approach to our work. We encourage customers to look beyond numbers and pay greater attention to their intuition in thinking about their I.T. strategy. When it comes to software, we like to help our customers design solutions that are beautiful and usable, with a strong preference for simplicity over complexity. We value Open Source ideals of community and agility, always encouraging our customers to share non-proprietary technology for the common good.
About Nik Kalyani
Nik Kalyani is HyperCrunch's founder and CEO. He is a technology entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the software industry. He is irrationally exuberant about technology, especially if it has anything to do with the Internet. HyperCrunch is his latest startup business that builds on his knowledge and experience from prior startups, two of them venture-funded. In addition to his role at HyperCrunch, Kalyani also serves as a Strategic Advisor to DotNetNuke Corporation, the company he co-founded and that manages the highly successful DotNetNuke Open Source project.
Kalyani is a creative tinkerer perpetually interested in looking around the corner and figuring out new and interesting ways to make the world a better place. An experienced web developer, he also finds the business strategy and marketing aspects of the software business as exciting as writing code. When he does create software, his primary expertise is in creating products with compelling user experiences. Kalyani is most proficient with Microsoft technologies, but has no religious fanaticism about them.
Kalyani has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Michigan University. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences and user group meetings. He lives at the nexus of the Google and Microsoft campuses in Mountain View, California with his wife and daughters. He blogs at TechBubble and is @techbubble on Twitter.
